The German Rail Pass offers a wide range of options of passes, all valid for four days of travel over the course of one month. There is an option to purchase up to six additional travel days for your pass.
Single travelers can purchase passes for first and second class travel. Twin passes are also available for couples traveling together, in both first and second class varieties. Lastly, there is a German Youth Railpass for second class travel.
Prices range from $163 for a youth pass in second class to $200 per person for a Twin Railpass valid for four days of first class travel over the course of one month to $263 for a first class adult pass.
Additional travel days cost $13 per day for youth passes, $25-38 per day for adult passes, and $25-38 per person per day for twin passes.
